5 Steps to Help You Spring into Action!

WOW looks like another gorgeous sunny weekend here in Richmond, North Yorkshire. As you know the UK's weather can be unpredictable and I love when a warm weekend comes in unexpected. So what are you going to do today? Not working I trust? Or do you struggle to start things on your weekend? I find the sunshine really lifts and motivates me after a LONG snowy winter here up North. So today I'm venturing out into our lovely garden and starting to get it back up to scratch in readiness for our Summer - fingers crossed! If you struggle to get going even in the sunshine then follow these simple steps to get going:-

Step 1: Make a massive plan of all the things you need to do e.g. everything that's needs doing in the garden.

Step 2 Take just 3 items off your plan that are priority tasks and will make the most difference to your life. Write these on a piece of paper and put it up in, say, your kitchen.

Step 3: Use your kitchen timer, ping it for 30 mins and get going on what you want to do. If you enjoyed that do it again, and again...

Step 4: Team up with a buddy (I use this one a lot and rope my Hubbie in to help).

Step 5: As you complete your tasks Give yourself a reward - for example, afternoon tea in the garden or a hot bath at the end of the day.

Call Caroline for a free 30 minute session today on 0780 313 6023 if you still can't get going, or are spending too much time on tasks.
